This Return & Refund Policy explains our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty and grooming products

  • Underwear, socks, or innerwear

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance / sale items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at  info@shonati.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo or video proof (required for damaged or wrong items)

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions, including pickup or drop-off details.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to:

  • Your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refund processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on payment provider timelines.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, we will assist you—based on availability.

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos as evidence.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If we sent a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other return reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
